A wedding invite (wedding invitation) is a formal or informal announcement sent to guests to invite them to a couple’s wedding ceremony and celebration. It is both practical with sharing event details and/or symbolic by setting the tone of the wedding. I have come across many wedding invites from friends and family and helped and designed the same for my daughters. A Wedding Invite can be formal and elegant, casual and cozy, or even playful and modern — it really depends on the tone of wedding.
Purpose of a Wedding Invite
Wedding Invite officially informs family and friends of the wedding. Provides essential details: who, what, when, and where about wedding. Reflects the couple’s style whether it is traditional, modern, casual, or themed. It can include RSVP details, dress code, and reception information.
