Sleep is the most important gift in life. Some people struggle to sleep due to various tensions and stress and some have problems of insomnia which may be treated through medication to bring in sleep. Sleep

Sleep is altered state of mind in which mind and body have semiconscious condition, reduced voluntary muscle activity and reduced response during Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep.

It seems that mind shut down to outer world and stop listening the noise and voices of active people around. Mind is body is inactive but active enough as compared to state of coma or other significant mental disturbance.

After 7–8 hours sleep makes one well rested and feeling refreshed.
