Rag Dolls: an age old craft that helped create multiple childhood memories, for many in different parts of world. Craft that is still alive, and being passed on through generations, is here to stay forever. You might have come across one such creation during your childhood if you try to go back the memory lane. Share your memory and how unique it was, here with us. I watched and learned making rag dolls from one of my maternal aunt. The way she worked on her project is commendable. No tracing paper, no blueprints, no wring down ideas and no discussion and meetings, just plain and simple conversion of idea into creation, in real time! That was awesome. With a prototype and real product in one go! I wish I had some gadget or device as a child, to capture that craftmanship in late 70s in an Indian household in northern part of urban India.
