Relaxation is that moment when mind and body are free from any tensions and just at ease and happy. No negative thoughts not even positive for that time frame. Brain, mind and body are just at peace. Peace with world, peace with worldly worries and peace from life tensions, stress and thoughts of what if? What is this moment? This is ……Just Saying [Series]-11: Art of Chilling.

When no thoughts come to your mind to irritate you and you are just not thinking about anything just enjoying the moment creation of such moment is an art…..art of chilling.

According to Psychology an emotional state which is free from any tensions and stress and negative thoughts as anger, anxiety and fear is being in state of relaxation and peace. This we call stress free state, having light mind and state of chill.
