Matrimonies are pure and divine rituals in all religions and geographies. With few, sad and unpleasant, eventful exceptions of course. Hindu Marriages are, pious ceremony between two adult individuals with their consent. They vow with witness of Holy Fire, priest and families to provide each other love, shelter and support in path of life, till death do them apart! It also is a great start of familial relationship between two families of the individuals bonding together and sharing the happiness and ups and downs in the journey of life. Hence, I can quote with conviction: Hindu Marriage: A Sacrament, A Solemn Pledge!

Hindu Marriage is a sacrament a solemn pledge with fire as witness!

It is most important phase of life of both, where a married couple takes a pledge to start a family on the basis of true love, practice patience on negativity and anger and solve life problems with wit and intelligence.
