The first meal of the day after waking up from night’s sleep should be in style and should be healthy to keep you active throughout the first half of day! Breakfast menu vary according to country, region and personal choice. However Fruits, Eggs, Caffeine in either Tea or Coffee, Milk, Cereals and Bread…. top the list while on a global survey. Common reason being that all agree that Healthy Breakfast : First Meal of the day Should be Healthy and Refreshing!

Some people skip the breakfast in anticipation of reducing few calories and dieting regime. However it should be just opposite. You already fasted for almost 8–12 hours during sleep. Now after this time is over body needs some energy and refreshment to keep on working at the same pace throughout day.
