Have you ever noticed barn houses while on a long countryside drive? Strikingly beautiful old barn houses with a back drop of breathtaking scenery, are all red in color. They look cute and have a rustic charm. I am fascinated by their rustic charm and traditional looks. Recently while surfing net came to know the story behind their “red color” look in a vlog. What are Barns?
Barns are storage spaces in large farms to store agricultural supplies, to hold farm animal herds as cows, pigs, sheep, and produce and related accessories.
In North America barns are structure to house livestock, including cattle, sheep, horses, animal rearing equipment, grains and fodder. They are painted red and have very high pitched thatched roof to prevent rain water to flow and avoid that seeping in the barn. Barns also have windows to allow some air and light for good health of inhabitant animals.
