Anxiety is a very normal reaction to stress conditions as exams and their results or while making some tough decisions of life! It can happen just before a public speaking event or important life event, the stress increased so much that, it finally interferes with daily life routine. Anxiety and/or Panic Attacks are Reaction to The Intense Emotions! However such conditions may be managed by applying relaxation techniques to calm and sooth disturbed mental state.

What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is an effect of an underlying disease of weak heart and mind where the effected person feels low and subdued, about certain stress conditions in which others may not feel the same.

This feeling of nervousness and restlessness is very high. The sense about impending doom, danger is quite high and effected person feel sad and unable to carry out normal routine, there is increased heart rate and high pressures and extended sleepless days and night. Medications are required to immediately control the conditions at that moment though there are other unconventional methods to relax and sooth mind, body and soul.
