In past few years I studied and researched a lot on ad descriptions of old homes of East coast America. I closely read the house descriptions open for sale and curious about

There are numerous houses more than 50 years and nearing 100 years too. The common feature among all of them are:

• Stone/ brick/rock exteriors.
• Multisided floor plans (octagonal, rectangular) that give strength to the underground structures as old as 1856–1859.

• Flamed grained door, wide planked floors, carved moldings and solid window frames.
• Central atriums with grand domes that are still magnificent historic features of old homes that still beautify the modern world.
