Agile Methodology: Art of Writing in Agile
Agility is a concept applied to any process with a definition of done
Writing by following Agile Methodology is an Art and now most common style of technical world. It was not few yeras ago when I got trained in Agile Methodolgy concepts and I applied the same concept to my Technical Writing. So, Agile is a concept a doctrine that can be applied to any project be it business, banking or writing or DIY home projects.
Creation of one initial working model and itirating it by receiving feedback and incorporating feedback to create one updated more sophisticated model is what we call Agile Methodology.
More user interaction, business and Technical specialists interaction is needed to refine the product in small sprints and iterative cycles.
This will help in creation of perfect model and energy and efforts are not wasted down the line.
All are in sync with the newly formed product completing and confirming the workflow as work done and product active and live.
